We build a new residential structure on your plot from the ground up. We manage the architect, planning permission, contractor coordination and final handover.

Renovation

Full or partial renovation of your property. Apartment buildings, family houses, individual flats — always with a focus on materials quality and craftsmanship.

Demolition & rebuild

We demolish the existing structure and erect a modern building in its place. Ideal for worn-out properties where renovation makes no economic sense.

Four steps to a finished property

Free consultation

We meet, walk the site and discuss your goals, the options and a realistic scope of work.

Design & estimate

We produce a rough scope of works, timeline and cost estimate. We recommend an architect or work with yours.

Construction

We coordinate the entire build — contractors, site supervision, authorities liaison. You don't have to deal with the details.

Handover

We hand over the finished property on the agreed date and to the agreed standard. Full documentation and occupancy certificate included.
